I would highly recommend these moving company. They help me in a crisis out of the blue, the landlord axis all to leave because the property was not habitable. I called this company within two hours. They were here dress professionally, and they move my whole entire apartment in a whole day, the price was reasonable. The professionalism was excellent. I will use them again. I had really expensive art pieces that I had to move and I trust no one, but this company highly professional on time I will use them always going forward

First off, they were extremely flexible and accommodating with rescheduling once I paid a $75 deposit. I had a hectic situation with a lease falling through due to the Association and Owner being in a legal battle, and had to find a new place. And the MovaMove staff was friendly and accommodating throughout rescheduling. That said, multiple things were damaged, and they demanded immediate payment while the movers were still finishing up. And it was $975 versus the $585 (4 hours) + $195 (extra hour) estimate. So $780 based on the estimate, and somehow it was $900, an extra $200. And I needed to pay immediately without explanation of the charges. I requested a detailed receipt and the receipt sent just shows "$900" with no further explanation. The initial estimate did not match this final receipt. So I sent a photo 2 days later that a couple pieces had broken drawers, and my dresser had a clearly heavy damage dent to its metal frame at the corner. When I told them, they replied "Ok ill let the guys know". No resolution or fixing the issue. The movers themselves also are contracted out, which is fine, but right upon arriving they saw a few boxes that I was in the process of packing. I had all the tape and tons of boxes. They even ran out of tape and packing materials themselves and needed to use mine. But upon arrival, they said "oh we dont pack boxes" and they rushed me to finish, despite my already agreeing to pay $195/hour for 3 guys. I wish I would have gone with another company, even if I paid more. I need to hire a handyman now to try to fix the broken drawers, and I cannot get the damaged metal dresser frame fixed, as it would be cost prohibitive. So I'll just deal with that.
